Lana Rudolph, PMP has been a member of PMI Delaware Valley Chapter since October of 2002. She has over twenty years experience in information technology with a proven track record of translating business needs and implementing solutions through new technology, application development, and process improvements that integrate and transform organizations to increase profitability, reduce costs and provide efficiencies. Strengths include project management discipline, using SDLC and Agile Scrum methodology, leading virtual teams (direct responsibility) with cultural diversity, attention to detail and building relationships to maximize global human resources to meet business goals. Lana led multiple cross industry global (Energy & Chemical, Finance, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Transportation, etc.) infrastructure projects, planning, organizing, and coordinating through project lifecycle including server, mainframe, storage, databases, network, applications and security for growth and new start ups. During her free time she enjoys outdoor activities, entertaining, and spending time with family and friends!
